Social: Focus is on increasing social skills by learning to read social cues and participate in cooperative play with a focus on improving self-esteem, family dynamics, and friendships.
Behavioral: Focus is on understanding and addressing root causes of behavioral issues to improve outcomes at home and school.

Teaching children and adolescents
to regulate their emotions
begins with building emotional vocabulary
and the ability to name their feelings.
Interactive activities and
relatable scenarios are used
to help clients identify triggers
for strong emotions and
distinguish between intensity
levels of different emotions.

Learning to manage emotions begins with understanding what triggers them and shifts them into different zones. This framework empowers children to understand themselves and builds the foundation for lifelong emotional resilience.

Adolescents learn to verbalize an understanding of the connection between thoughts, feelings
and behaviors.

The circle of control is a
tool that helps with
managing stress,
building resilience and
choosing effective coping skills.
